Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Live Apps SRL ("TidyAgent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the TidyAgent mobile application, websites, AI photo-processing services, in-app purchases, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Summary
TidyAgent helps solo real estate users capture, organize, AI-tidy, review, back up, and export property listing photos. The Service may process property photos, property details, workflow metadata, purchase and credit records, device/app data, and support messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your property photos for third-party advertising. We do not intentionally use your property photos to train our own general-purpose AI models. We use your information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the Service.
2. Information You Provide or Create
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Property photos and image files, including originals, AI-tidied versions, thumbnails, bracket/helper frames, and export files.
- Property information, such as property label, address, city, state, zip code, unit, property type, room labels, listing status, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, listing price, and similar listing workflow details.
- Photo workflow metadata, such as room type, capture time, processing status, AI job IDs, export status, human review status, backup status, and error messages.
- Optional contact linkage information if you choose to link a property owner from your device contacts, such as a contact identifier and display name.
- Support information, such as your email address and anything you include when contacting us.
- Purchase and credit information, such as StoreKit transaction identifiers, product identifiers, credit account identifiers, credit balance, credit reservations, refunds, and ledger history.
3. Device Permissions
TidyAgent may request access to device features only when needed for product functions:
- Camera: to capture property photos.
- Photo Library: to import photos, export/save photos, or save developer/test images if you enable developer-only controls.
- Location: to fill in a property address when you choose to use current location.
- Motion sensors: to help align camera framing.
- Notifications and Live Activities: to show AI Tidy progress and related status updates.
- Contacts: to let you optionally select and link a property owner from your contacts.
- iCloud/CloudKit: to back up and restore supported solo workspace data when iCloud backup is enabled.
You can change device permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work if you deny or revoke a permission.
4. Information Collected Automatically
We and our service providers may collect app, device, and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system, app version, Firebase installation identifiers, authentication identifiers, App Check signals, analytics events, screen views, feature usage, performance data, error logs, IP address, network request metadata, push notification tokens, and similar technical information.
The website may receive standard server and hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, request time, and diagnostic information. The website does not currently use advertising cookies.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide the Service, including capture, storage, AI Tidy processing, review, export, backup, restore, and support.
- Authenticate app requests and protect the Service from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and automated misuse.
- Process in-app purchases, validate App Store transactions, maintain credit balances, reserve credits for AI Tidy, and handle refunds or failed jobs.
- Upload photos for AI processing, retrieve AI Results, recover failed or interrupted jobs, and clean up delivered processing artifacts.
- Send processing updates, notifications, and Live Activity updates when enabled.
- Improve reliability, performance, design, safety, and product quality.
- Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Use.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, App Store, and regulatory obligations.
6. AI Photo Processing
When you request AI Tidy, photos and related metadata may be uploaded to cloud infrastructure and processed by AI and cloud service providers. AI processing may use original photos, helper frames, storage paths, job IDs, property/photo IDs, processing prompts, and status metadata.
AI Results are returned to the app for your review. TidyAgent may retain temporary AI processing artifacts for delivery, retry, recovery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal or security needs. We aim to delete or make unavailable backend processing artifacts when they are no longer needed for the Service, but deletion may be delayed by retries, backups, logs, support needs, legal obligations, provider behavior, or technical limitations.
7. iCloud Backup
If you enable iCloud backup, supported solo workspace data may be stored in your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. This may include property records, photo records, original or tidied photo files, backup manifests, processing state, and credit account recovery credentials.
iCloud backup and restore depend on Apple services, your Apple account, device settings, network availability, and storage availability. Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy practices. You can disable iCloud backup in the app or through device settings, but disabling backup may limit restore and continuity features.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- Apple, including App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, APNs, device permissions, and related Apple services.
- Google/Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, App Check, Analytics, Messaging, Remote Config, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Firebase AI/Vertex AI/Gemini-related services, and logs.
- AI providers and cloud infrastructure providers used to generate, process, store, or deliver AI Results.
- Hosting, email, support, security, analytics, and operational vendors.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, protect the Service, comply with law, or as otherwise described in their applicable terms and privacy practices.
9. Purchases and Credits
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. To validate purchases and maintain credits, we may process StoreKit transaction data, product IDs, purchase dates, transaction IDs, hashed transaction payloads, credit account IDs, credit account secrets or hashes, credit balances, reservations, refunds, and ledger records.
Credit records may be retained as long as needed to provide purchased credits, prevent duplicate crediting, resolve disputes, support refunds, comply with accounting and legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.
10. Analytics and Product Improvement
TidyAgent uses Firebase Analytics and similar operational tools to understand app usage, screen views, feature usage, purchase flows, errors, and reliability. Analytics helps us improve the Service and diagnose problems.
We do not use analytics to sell your property photos or to serve third-party behavioral advertising.
11. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers described above.
- With Apple or Google/Firebase services as needed for app distribution, purchases, iCloud backup, notifications, analytics, AI processing, and backend operations.
- If you export, share, AirDrop, save, email, upload, or otherwise send photos or files outside the Service.
- If required by law, subpoena, court order, regulator, App Store process, legal claim, or safety/security need.
- To enforce our Terms of Use, protect rights and property, prevent fraud or abuse, or investigate security issues.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your workspace and credits, process AI jobs, support backup and restore, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, and maintain security.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, reset the device, or the operating system removes it. iCloud backup data remains in your iCloud account until deleted, disabled, overwritten, or removed according to Apple and CloudKit behavior. Backend job data, logs, purchase records, and credit ledgers may be retained longer where needed for service continuity, fraud prevention, support, accounting, or legal compliance.
13. Deletion and Your Choices
You can:
- Delete photos or properties in the app.
- Export and manage your own copies of photos and files.
- Disable iCloud backup in the app settings.
- Revoke camera, photo library, contacts, location, motion, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- Stop using the Service or uninstall the app.
- Contact us at hello@tidyagent.app to request help accessing or deleting information associated with the Service.
Some deletion requests may be limited by your device/iCloud settings, Apple systems, completed transactions, accounting obligations, security logs, fraud prevention needs, legal obligations, or data that has already been exported or shared outside the Service.
14. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including platform security controls, Firebase authentication, App Check, signed upload/download URLs, CloudKit private databases, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. International Processing
We may process information in the United States, the European Union, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your location.
16. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us at hello@tidyagent.app.
17. Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Residents of certain U.S. states, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions may have additional rights under applicable law. To exercise privacy rights, contact hello@tidyagent.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app, on the website, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
